I just updated The Sims Mobile on my iPhone A couple hours ago and now when I try to watch an ad, either at my mailbox or for extra rewards when an event is completed, my game freezes and I have to force close and re-enter. I am on iOS 13.2.3.

@MaggieTSM Sorry to hear this! Does it freeze before it starts an ad?
If not, can you share a screenshot of the ad?

I have a screen record but it won’t let me attach it here. But if I click on the little play button at a mailbox, it still pops up to say watch ad or cancel. But when I say watch ad, it immediately freezes with the normal sims scene.
