This is still happening to me too. I sent a ticket to technical support just now. I guess we’ll see what they say in approximately 72 hours. 😟

Does EA really think that rolling back 5 weeks is acceptable? Half of my game would be gone. I'm beyond sad at this response.

@Cindytg they offered me the same. It’s unacceptable. I said no and the next email said: “then you will just have to wait for an update that will fix it” so here’s to hoping that’s soon😐They have rolled out 2 updates since this started for me....

I saw on reddit that someone was told there were no plans to fix this issue- and I believe it after all of these updates that prioritize buggy new features over fixing this existing bug. It pretty much makes everything social completely worthless- the whole point of stickers and everything is fashion gems and what good are those if you can’t spend them?
At this point I would be fine with them wiping out my Izzy collection and starting anew, because at least I would be able to create and wear something interesting instead of sitting around twiddling my thumbs.
I was floored by how incredibly unhelpful and clueless the tech support was so I do not recommend opening a case on this issue unless you want to raise your blood pressure, heh. I asked before they offered this roll back “fix”, which is pretty insulting and not a fix at all. Not sure why they can’t just stop making more problems and start fixing the big ones that exist.

@ailurokat Well said! I agree about wiping the Izzy stuff out, but I wouldn’t want to lose the stuff I paid for in the game.... I never used real money on Izzy and I know my CAS is NOT full, because the problem started after deleting 2-3 duplicates..... I refuse to roll back! I have faith they will figure it out!...
