How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everyone I go to settings and click on help, forums, user agreement, or privacy and cookie policy, I get an error that says enable browser functionality to access.
What do you expect to see? I expect for the item I click to pop up and I get an error instead.
Connection Type Wifi

I've tried going through the setting on Chrome and within sims mobile and no change seems to correct this error.

It might be that you need to change your mobile browser settings. Could you please try turning on/off cookies on your browser and see if it helps solve this issue?
