[Fixed] Chop To It Cutting Board blocked on counters [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, try to use the chopping board I suppose.
What do you expect to see? When trying to use the chopping board it gives you the “balsa counter blocked” lock notification. This happens no matter where it is placed and trust me I’ve tried for days to move and “unblock” the counter, change the position of the board/my counters really have basically re-designed my entire home thinking it was something silly causing the block.

I can confirm the cutting board isn't working on any counter available. Also when the cutting board is placed in a logical manner the Sim chooses to stand to the left of the counter instead of in front of it.

I’m having the same problem, 100% of the time, no matter how I arrange the board and/or counter. It’s especially frustrating because I spent so much SimCash on an item I can’t even use!
