How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my game's CAS. Following items are rewards from events and are missing: Four masks, rewards from Halloween event Necklace, reward from Halloween event Leaf earings from Harvestfest I haven't gone through all my CAS so I will update this report in case I discover that other items are missing. Update: I have also lost the Halloween necklace. 2nd of March, added green Halloween mask. 4th of March, list is now complete with pictures.
What do you expect to see? All previously own items are available in CAS.
