Game Won't Load After Update.

@ValeinaRaiden Me, too!! I'm so insanely frustrated. I went and created a post in the Bug section, as Phantomlover1717 said to do. THREE days without being able to play now! EA Support said they escalated my Case to their specialists, so who knows how much longer it'll be. This has all been super disheartening and it's making me reconsider spending any more money on the game in the future. I feel this is the type of issue that should immediately take precedence over any other bug issue because this is actually preventing us from playing altogether. It's not just some little thing.

@EA_DragonsEye That's good to know! Finally, some sort of acknowledgement or feedback that it's being looked into! Thank you. I can't speak for everyone else, but I personally am getting desperate. I hope there will be some sort of compensation, as we've missed out on fashion gems by not being able to attend parties (4 parties for me so far, which makes 16 gems), missed out on stickers, and missed out on two days worth of work towards the event rewards (so far)--which is already hard enough to complete with the time allotted, let alone with even LESS time.

I'm not one to demand anything. However, this has caused a significant setback that cannot be simply made up in this case. I'm a competitive gamer, and I work hard for my fashion gems daily and sticker contest. Otherwise, I wouldn't be in such a frenzy over this situation.

Yeah I've honestly had enough of hearing it from my girlfriend at this point lol. Something needs to be done about this because like you say there's rewards being lost and various others costs to not being able to play for this amount of time. Wish they never updated the damn game.

@diggaduz Can she hear the game sounds when this happens? Have her open the app with the volume all the way up, does she hear that initial log in little music bit then sounds of Sims chattering, doors opening/closing and birds chirping? Because I do. So, I'm pretty sure it's logging me in, there are just no visuals.

@EA_DragonsEye Thanks for replying. My device is Xiaomi Redmi 6. The game worked really well up until the new update.

Same with me. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and worried about losing progress too. I'm playing on a Huawei Y6 2019 model
