How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try loading into World of CHEL.
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to load into World of CHEL I constantly get network connection issue message and failed to retrieve data message. If by the rare chance I make it into World of CHEL. If I try to play a drop-in or club EASHL game I get a dressing room error and never make it into games.
What do you expect to see? Me playing hockey online with my buddies

PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. So I have gone through every troubleshooting option there is to be found on the internet. I’ve power cycled my router and my system countless times, I have opened and reopened ports and nothing seems to change or affect anything in regards to me being able to get into games in EASHL. Or most times not even being able to load into World of CHEL at all. All other online features on this game work fine for me. I can play online HUT games all night long and never have any issues loading into HUT. All other game titles I play online I have no issues with either. Only NHL 19 World of CHEL. After countless hours on the phone with my ISP and Sony. I got sent to and went to this “poor connection questionnaire” on Sony’s website. After answering all their troubleshooting questions of “have you done this..?”, “have you tried this, did that solve your issue?” Till finally coming across the page ( photos attached ) telling me to get ahold of the games publisher and ask for additional router port numbers. So here this is my 3rd post over the last week and yet to hear from anyone from EA. How do I get these additional port numbers?
