How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.32
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Batuu. Eco not installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Since October 6th update, the Spend 10 Hours Exercising Fitness Aspiration no longer counts hours. Had a Sim at 9/10, she can keep pushing the limit, it keeps being stuck at 9.
What happens when the bug occurs? Since October 6th 2020 patch.
What do you expect to see? The milestone completed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. October 6th 2020 patch.

Well, as described above. Before the patch, the Aspiration was working properly.

@lostinmalloc There's a general issue with aspirations that involve doing something for several hours. Could be that yours now broke for that Sim.

Could you test a different Sim in a different household if it also doesn't work for them ?
