Fire in the house

Fire started on my Sims lot, firefighters or whoever's supposed to solve the issue isn't coming and I can't do any type of interaction with my Sim due to the fire

There are no firefighters, Usually you do get an interaction to extinguish the fire but not on all Sims and I'm unsure when you actually get it.
