My player ID is *snip* and last week I bought a festival ticket from appstore for 89,99 turkish liras. Money did deducted from my bank account and the bill has sent to me but when I play the game there is not a difference and ı can’t see or use the ticket in game. There is only 6 days left for the festival so ı am really concerned. I would really appreciate your help.

Hi! Have you contacted support for this? If so DM me your player id and case number if not, once you make a ticket please send me the case number so I can follow up on it!
In order to contact customer service you need to go to the arrow in the right, settings>help that will open a page choose "Contact us" and then select "Missing content" and then "Never received content"
