Fence/ Barriers missing / can't move

ALL Barriers and fences have a glitch. If you place it, you won’t be able to move it after. Also, once you close the game and reopen, it’ll disappear! So try not to waste too many coins on them because they will disappear with no return and game still takes money as if they are there. when will this bug be resolved and will I see my 7+ fences or will I see my 4,500+ simoleon coins?????
