Female-frame shirts causing visual warping on sims

[ Edited ]

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, aside from a few build mode and CAS kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try on different clothing items with the same sim and see how it affects the frame shape (ex: the cheerleading top vs the Realm of Magic shirt I attached pictures of)
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim's body frame will warp so that the hips lower and the waist thickens, making the torso look more 'boxy'.
What do you expect to see? The frames of my sims' bodies to stay the same and not warp when wearing certain clothes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Horse Ranch EP update

I decided to take a pre-existing sim and create a new household for her to explore the Horse Ranch EP with. However upon booting into CAS, I noticed that her body shape was off and didn't look right. When sorting through her different outfits and selecting clothes from the menus, I realized certain shirts that were originally form-fitting would warp onto the sim's body and cause a strange visual glitch where the waist would widen and the hips would lower. I didn't notice the same kind of warping with most of the full-body outfits I tried but I wouldn't be surprised if some were causing issues either.

Messing with the hip and waist sliders to try and counteract the problem didn't seem to make any difference visually when the sim was wearing one of the 'boxed' shirts. She continued to have the boxier figure while her overall body size would simply get bigger or smaller depending on how I adjusted the slider. When changing back into an outfit that didn't have the warping, you'd be able to see the actual adjustments you made and the box figure would go away.

For reference:
The picture on the left is her looking 'normally' in one of the HSY tops.
The one on the right with one of the ROM tops contains the visual warping

Both pictures contain the same slider settings and nothing else has been changed apart from the shirt. Have noticed the same warping on many other shirts in CAS including base game ones

I noticed issues too with outfits since HR. Some of them are wrongly tagged. Male outfits show in regular female frame like the outfit ymBody_EP14RidingDressage which shows in the female category, but breaks the nails and shows a masculine chest as you can see.

PS. tried to create a new bug thread, but it wouldn't let me.
