@Sozki Thanks. Did you see this issue outside of a festival too ?
I played the festival and I could see Judith Ward being that way but no one else changed while I played.
I tried to play Judith ward and she was still in that out and when I told her to switch she briefly wore something else (no spinning) before spinning in the correct outfit
Very odd.

@Sozki Could be an situational outfit issue then although OP says they seen it in several worlds, including Brichester that doesn't have festivals.
