Fell off the map, got back up with Horizon Q, got stuck

What happens when the bug occurs? I fell off the map, used the tactical of Horizon to get back up and got stuck between invisible walls. I could not get out in any way. Enemies could see me but not hit me.
What should be happening instead? I should have been able to get out and continue to play
