Family tree issue since sims 4 paranormal

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.70.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every expansion pack, all game packs except journey to batuu and strangerville Stuff packs - paranormal, vintage glamour, bowling night, laundry day, my first pet, spooky, perfect patio, luxury party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? clicking on the family tree
What happens when the bug occurs? the lines between family members on the family tree for some sims don't meet each other. This isn't like culling, the sims photos are still there and these sims are still alive, but the lines are broken and don't link to the children etc. Works okay if I click on other sims and can then see the parents etc...
What do you expect to see? the family tree showing who is the parent/ child etc...
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
