What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hold an Engagement Dinner at a rental unit with No Social Events rule set
What happens when the bug occurs? No violation of the No Social Events rule is registered. What do you expect to see? A fine levied for breaking the No Social Events rule.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Not sure if this is working as designed, or if wedding events were overlooked when designing the No Social Events rule. I did not test with other wedding events after encountering it with an engagement dinner (was trying to get the Successfully Break a Unit Rule aspiration goal completed in the Discerning Dweller aspiration.)
