[FR] Locked doors are unlocked on household change/rotation

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. lock doors (set any lock setting you want, like for All Pets) that lead to outside of an apartment in a residential rental lot, i.e. doors that are in walls separating a shared space to an apartment space. 2. go to manage neighbourhood and switch control to another family. 3. switch control to the family in the apartment you did the step one. 4. the doors will be unlocked.
What happens when the bug occurs? doors lose their lock settings flags and will be unlocked for all
What do you expect to see? doors keep they locked settings flags and they will keep unwanted sims from entering the apartment
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@Arthur Gibraltar Do you have the issue only in rental lots specifically when you change families as described in your post or each time when you leave the lot ?

The original thread predates FR so yours sounded a bit different.
