FPS drops visually by half when any keyboard key is pressed and hold

What happens when the bug occurs? If I do not touch the keyboard fps is smooth. When I start to press and hold any key on keyboard and move mouse around fps is like it is 60 fps instead of 120
What should be happening instead? game FPS should be smooth all the time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use any 144hz gaming monitor. Because fps drop is about to 60. Ask someone who can see difference between 120 and 60 fps. Go play a match. Do not touch any key on keyboard take mouse and slowly (1 circle per second) move it around. The FPS should be smooth. Now press and hold any key on keyboard for example SPACE (hold it do not release) start to slowly move mouse in circle again look how FPS should be dropped by half visually

This issue occurs only when I play Apex Legends. I have tested other games too.
I measured FPS with RivaTuner and it does not show fps drop, but visually is it there.
This bug can be reproduced even when flying in a dropship at the start of a game. Just press and hold any keyboard button and move your mouse around thus FPS should drop be half
