How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.23.61.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim’s Ghoulish Guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a Clinic then try to edit or create a new uniform.
What happens when the bug occurs? After confirming outfit in CAS the game returns to the state of the game as I entered from hitting the travel to clinic button. Any progress between entering the Vet Clinic Property up until entering the CAS using the edit uniform/create uniform button will be erased along with the outfit created in the CAS mode.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully it’s fixed to where I can save the outfit and not loose all my progress.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Fixed in Patch 1.63.133/ Console 1.25

Game progress will no longer be lost when editing/adding/deleting career outfits in Create a Sim.
Fixed in Patch 1.63.133/ Console 1.25
