What I've learned from the errors [ Edited ]

I am in the same boat as described in the original post.

1. I have Sims 100 plus days old

2. Lost hours of gameplay when buying a lot. Game crashed and wouldn’t load gave error code.

3. Lost hours of gameplay when traveling. Game crashed and wouldn’t load gave error code.

4. I have deleted local saves and tried loading from the cloud. 
5. Console:  XBOX One 

The error code:

” The game failed to load. ErrorCode: 134:84f8bed6:2cd878e0. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.”

I just got into the Sims spent around $100 on a few DLCs just to see if it would be worth buying all. Game is super fun but I have lost HOURS of gameplay cause I can’t load anything. This has happened twice now.

I also started a new family and after, maybe, a week that save also didn't load reporting134 error.

I've lost all desire to play.

I started a new game 2 weeks ago not even, and like 5 days ago spent another 60 bucks on packs, and when this happened to me I went back to a save from hours before and it loaded up and let me play, but after I traveled a few times I got the code again, this has made this game pretty much unplayable and I've spent hundreds of dollars on packs, and starting a new game seems foolish cause this was a new game. If they aren't going to fix it then they should start giving people their money back, they took our money and gave us a broken product

What happens when the bug occurs? The main household playing won’t load (And neither will other households). When trying to load my save file, the game crashes back to the World Select. Error code 134:84f8bed6:2cd878e0 is displayed and it’s recommended that the game is relaunched but this doesn’t help.
What do you expect to see? Game loading
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Maybe we should all bombard them on chat and with calls and emails since this 17-page list of complaints isn't enough to inspire them to take care of us. They might not even have seen this list.

@SimQARobo is there ANYTHING? it’s been almost a goddamn month and I haven’t been able to access my game! This is *, what is the eta? If nothing is being done how do I get my f’n money back because this is beyond ridiculous
