This is beyond poor management and customer service on EAs part. Some people have gone almost two weeks without having access to their game, outrage has been met by silence. We understand that patches take time to make but we would just love an ETA so we’re not constantly refreshing the game in anticipation?

What happens when the bug occurs? The loading screen appears but it won’t let me access any houses or families. It says error code 134:84f8bed6:2cd878e0
What do you expect to see? The problem resolved so I can play the game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Hello.
For those that have been asking, the team is still looking into this issue.
If any PS4 users are willing to share affected save files, instructions are here:

(It's not possible to share XBOX One save files via USB transfer, but the Sims team is looking to fix this issue for all platforms regardless.)
