[OPEN] [XB/PS] Red bar showing in upper right corner

This is happening to me on Xbox, too. But, I noticed something odd—the red bar is only on screen when I'm using a controller. If I switch to mouse/keyboard, it goes away.

Hmmmm it seems different on various platforms. I’m on PS5. EA still haven’t answered in relation to this. So may we will have to wait for the next patch

This is happening to me along with the orange exclamation marks. People who are experiencing this please check your hospital and police station lot to see if you have the orange exclamation marks. If DO NOT PLAY ANY FURTHER. Try to open older save if you have one and see if it is there too. I think both of these are related

After switching to build mode from world map a red bar will no longer display in the upper right corner.
