[FIXED] Why is there no spooky music venue speaker?

Wasn't that suppose to have been added in the November Patch? It doesn't show in my game but all the other formats have a venue speaker including the new winter holiday format. I thought a previous patch added the spooky music speaker to venues. I could have sworn I read that.

The Venue Wall Speaker: Spooky has made a return to the catalog after spending some time on the ‘other side’ to re-spookify itself.

This should be resolved
