[FIXED] Weird Grass or weeds in sky in Windenberg & Brindleton Bay

I know this glitch is marked as fixed, but I have the same issue since weeks and idk how to make it gone. I have the same weird grass in the sky in windenburg. It even shows when I save my lot in my gallery... hmpf.
