[WORKAROUND] [V] Vampires still have human needs

I found a way that fixed the problem. I had the same thing where a vampire Sim had human need motive moodlets. To solve it, I used MC Command Center to "Human-ize" the Sim, and then "Turn into Vampire" from the Command Menu.

In my case, they were a vampire child of 2 in-game turned vampire parents that aged to a teen.
