[FIXED] [V] Some vampire powers disappear after entering a new lot [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get together, City living, Get to work, Parenthood, fitness, vampires, classical luxury,Romantic garden stuff pack, spooky stuff pack, perfect patio, spa day, outdoor retreat, luxury party, holiday celebration and digital deluxe.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a full level vampire with all powers to go another lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? He/She will lose his/hers powers like deadened emotions and not needing a hygiene, fun or social needs.
What do you expect to see? I go to another lot with vampire that has all the powers and when I arrive he/she doesn't have that emotion buff and still needs hygiene, fun and social
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch was propably the one yesterday, because I haven't noticed this bug before that patch and I haven't played with vampires after that patch until today.

• I'm sorry sir, but travel regulations clearly state pursuant to section alpha-niner, as clarified in Necktie vs Klaatu Barada, that all Bat Form powers must be surrendered prior to any travel within the greater metropolitan area, you understand I’m sure.

This has affected one or two of my vampires too but it only seems to affect particular traits such as deadened emotions, and the stat ones. Others, like sun immunity are fine.

I also found that my vampire lost her 'fine' status when she was on the public lot and when she went home she was still without it. But when I moved her to a new home, it reset her and it returned. I put her back with her family and the 'fine' status stayed. So it can be reversed, its just an annoying workaround.

It does only seem to affect certain high level traits though. And I am not sure whether vampires can have all stats unlocked without a cheat being used or not? Mine came from the gallery but in my own game none of my vampires have these traits, not even my Grand Master...and so I don't know whether it is only those with all skills unlocked affected or whether the issue is with the traits in all vampires.

When I had the issue I had no mods or CC as I don't use it. It happened after the patch.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Create a vampire. 2. Max Vampire skills to include the traits that prevent the Vampire from losing social, fun, and hygiene. 3. Make this glorious Vampire join the Doctor career. 4. Go to work. 5. Observe the fun, social, and hygiene needs decay.
What happens when the bug occurs? The fun, social, and hygiene needs decay when they shouldn't due to Vampire traits.
What do you expect to see? The needs do not decay.

This just started happening after the most recent patch pushed to the game. Prior everything worked as expected.

This is also affecting my vampire. It's fixed when you restart the game or go out to the main menu, but it makes traveling really bothersome. I hope this gets fixed soon.

My Sims also lose their fine +10 emotions. This happens every time you move from one batch to another. I must back off my game and reboot it for the emotion to come back. It's a recurring situation ... Thank you for your attention.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As far as I can tell just have a vampire with Odorless, beyond the herd, and immortal pleasures
What happens when the bug occurs? I have the Odorless, Beyond the Herd, and Immortal Pleasures perks for my vampire but those needs still decay
What do you expect to see? That hygiene, fun and social don't decay for my vampire.

I've also tried resetting my vampire skills with the draught of reconfiguration, but that didn't help

it's an open bug that EA needs to fix. Haven't heard of any workarounds.
