Video that my butler is fixing my broken bathtub.
Also I noticed multiple fully upgraded audio(devices which play musics) break several times while playing this save file.

Since the last update, the game has been very buggy. I'm not running any mods. My Sim can no longer repair objects (level 10 skill). The Sim attempts to repair, but there is no "progress" circle in the menu and they just keep repairing ad infinitum. Also, items that are upgraded to be unbreakable still break and then can't be repaired. My only choice is to pay to replace items every time they break.
I also had a game start locking up on me, and that character is now completely un-playable. The game locks when I try to open my saved game, to the point I can't even run my Task Manager. I have a new Surface Book with 16 gb RAM and quad core i7s. It is not prone to freezing.
The game is getting to the point that it is so broken, it's no longer fun.

Hey there @luxexnocte ,
Is the object that they're repairing supposed to be unbreakable? That may be the problem.
Try going into Build Mode, moving the object a space, then back to where it was. I've noticed this seems to fix most of these "unrepairable" objects and saves you the cash of having to replace it.
Note: I don't work for EA.

On Xbox One. Same issue here. Stereo is unbreakable and keeps breaking. Can't be repaired when broken.

This worked to fix the repair issue.
However, I've now lost a second game. I try to open my saved game or recovered files and the game crashes. I'm sick and tired of losing all my work. This is beyond frustrating.
The game is really unplayable. It seems like you can't play a Sim for very long without a complete crash.

Long shots, but do you have a Rodent Cage from My First Pet Stuff? And/or has that Sim ever interacted with Lin-Z before the hotfix for that?

Sounds like your save is corrupted. Try an earlier save. I upload my lots to the gallery as a safe save just in case something like you're experiencing happens. I even upload my modded saves on the gallery too. P.S. I also keep my Sims 4 saved games and mod folder on a removable storage device...so I always have a back-up.
