Portable Keyboard Broke in Rain - Stuck in San Myshuno

I've had the same kind of piano break indoors, that was my first experience with it outside in the rain. The only cheat option I have with it is reset object unfortunately, so I cannot set as head. I will probably look into mods or something because it's kind of in an inconvenient spot - especially once festivals spawn.

The MotionMoniter Gaming Mat, once upgraded can also break to unrepairable. It does not break as frequently as the stereo but it has to be replaced as repair never works.

my sims are unable to repair anything...I got Season's now.  Each item that breaks has to be replaced (and costs simoleans).  There is no item a sim can repair now that I have found.....even the unbreakable hot tub breaks and cannot be repaired (only replaced).  edit. Oh sorry..they can repair the broken doll houses/sand castles. have not had any plumbing issues.

 Instead of just using the replace option you would be better of buying new stereos and hot tubs. Avoid adding the Firaxium Wiring upgrade to stereos and the Stereo upgrade to hot tubs all the other upgrades are safe to use. Your hot tub would then be unbreakable and your stereos will still break a lot, but can be repaired.

yeah...there are ways around it, but it is an issue that needs to be addressed.

The repair option still "DOES NOT" work as of 10-25-18 for stereos/speakers, neon lights, hot tub, Roomba vacuums (I have to replace these items when they break, and all the upgrades I did are still intact after replacement).  The repair option does work for plumbing issues and doll houses however.

It's 12-07-2018 and bug is still existent. However going into build mode and moving around the (assumably repaired) object (i.e. stereo, speakers) on the floor/wall might temporarily fix the problem. No need to re-buy the object, so give it a try.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except my first pet and laundry day stuff pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upgrade any stereo system with firaxium wiring which is meant to be unbreakable upgrade according the the description when you hover your mouse on the upgrade option
What happens when the bug occurs? The item will break after being on for long time and it's impossible to fix.
What do you expect to see? The item should not break since the upgrade is meant to make it unbreakable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Did it break while it was raining maybe ? Do you have the stereo close to an outer wall ?
