[FIXED] Town's electronics and appliances shut off when I default on my bill

When I do not pay my bills and the utilities in my house shuts off, it affects objects in the neighbors' houses and community lots as well. Lamps that don't belong to my lot still remain lit but I can't control them. The message says it's because I have not paid my bills.

This bug has been fixed in patch 1.0.732.20
