I've got this too. Many female NPCs generate (or age up?) with chest hair and/or back hair. Having it happen occasionally would be fine, but it seems like the chances for female and male NPCs to have body hair are roughly the same, and it's hard to imagine that that's by design.
Is the team still looking for saves? Who would we send them to now? @TheSimsDirect ?

A similar thing is happening to me: everytime I play with genetics in CAS and try to make a teenager girl, she is generated with hairchest even if the father does not have.

Okay, I sent you my save. Thanks!

Hello All,
We are not able to reproduce this bug,
Is anyone still seeing this bug (without mods)?
If so, would you be willing to share your save file(s)?
If so, please send me a private message with a link to the file.
Instructions here: http://x.ea.com/74420
Thanks!

Currently I play with mods (but it also happened to me without mods)
The problem came after the first patch after the high school pack.
And the problem is that that patch allowed a lot of gendered features (skins, hair, clothes) being randomized on randomly generated sims in CAS while before by default they were one gender only. I hope this helps with fixing the bug. It also did it to me with clothes while before I deliberately had to check out the box of for example female only for clothes/hair etc to be able to use that palette.
Maybe put a male gender tag on chest hair by default so it won’t generate teen girls with chest hair, and the user can remove the tag later if they want as in cloth filters?

Same in my savegame, all females look like a monkey, full of Bodyhair 🙄
It looks like EA added again a feature without testing it 🙄
I made my own mods now for thus issue.

Not sure why normal XX chromosome females would have body hair. Very disturbing!
