Terrain Paint not Working still [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get to Work, City Living, Get Together, Parenthood, Spa Day, Vampires, Dine out, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry day stuff, Backyard stuff, Romantic garden stuff, Spooky stuff, Perfect patio stuff, Vintage Glamour, and Holiday Celebration Pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using terrain pain on any lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? No terrain paint appears on any lots and lots with terrain doesn't have it anymore.
What do you expect to see? Terrain paint
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, still occurs without mods though.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch that came out for Get famous.

Even though they created a patch that fixes this it still doesn't work for me, I have learned that it might be because of my Dxdiag and that it would be from my integrated chip.

What should I do?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn on laptop mode, I guess
What happens when the bug occurs? Paint doesn't show, ever.
What do you expect to see? Terrain paint, I spent hours getting it right
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

After the Novembre patch, my terrain paint disappeared and hasn't returned though we were told it was fixed.
I am in laptop mode, I turned it off once to check and terrain paint did show but my machine could hardly handle it.

So it's the AMD Radeon...?That makes sense (in a very bad way).
I tried update drivers but there were no new drivers available

If you have an integrated card, it's still not working as it should.

yes, that would be an integrated chip which explains why you still see this issue.

So there is nothing i can do? I have to get a better graphics card?
