[FIXED] Stairs Don't Disappear After Moving Lot [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.55.105.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, as of 5th September 2019.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a lot of three or more levels, with a set of stairs between the second and third floors. The use the Move Lot tool to move the lot somewhere (not Move House, the bug doesn't occur with that one).
What happens when the bug occurs? After moving the lot, when going to the first (ground) floor, the stairs on the high levels don't disappear, they're still there. Once, I also saw that the holes for the stairs for the sims to walk through between floors, those holes also persisted after I moved the lot, but in the wrong place. But I only saw that once, so can't confirm if it's there or not. The persisting stairs is repro-able afaik.
What do you expect to see? The stairs should disappear when not on that floor.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The issue started right after the 1.55.105 patch
