[OPEN] Social Menu not appearing for certain Sims

Same thing is happening for me and ive no mods installed. Such a shame considering the amount of money we pay for this game. The fact that we go unnoticed for so long and no resolve is reached is very disheartening and maxis should be ashamed of themselves for putting people through these things. Hopefully this is resolved soon. The sims 4 as we once knew it is gone forever.

Seems completely fixed, socials, mailbox, and instrument interactions are working again. The only bug I still have is that my teen can’t take a day off work, but since she’s the only one affected I’m pretty sure that’s unrelated.

Hey guys!! It's been I think two days since the glitch and I tried to play and my sim can interact with other sims and herself again!!! Idk why or how but I hope that over time everyone's glitches will get fixed!!

You may think you've uninstalled OneDrive but it might still be there somewhere. BE reports say it's installed on my computer yet I can't find it when I go to the add/delete section. Some of my documents say they are saved to OneDrive but I didn't intentionally save them there. I have no reason to use OneDrive and wish I could get rid of it completely. I understand, from research my daughter did, that it's complicated to remove it once and for all. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm not 100% sure if all platforms have rolled out but I'm going to lock this now.

Addressed an issue where Sims that had achieved certain skill levels and had unlocked or crafted specific recipes, or had written music, were then unable to select interactions on themselves, on other Sims, and on certain objects.

What can you do if you still have issues ?

1. Remove all your mods/cc and delete the localthumbcache file. This IS important. Test without them.

2. Repair the game

3. Check your game version. You can find it in the lower right corner of your main menu. It should be: 1.105.332 or 1.88 for console

4. If you still have issues, create a new thread and provide your Sim to the gallery. Make sure to post WHICH objects you still have issues with

There were a lot of threads and some were just turning into collections. I did not read every post in here either so it's possible that strays landed here. If you had a different issue, create a new thread (again, remove your mods/cc first)
