Small Eyes, Wide Jaw Glitch.

I have the same problem now, been troubleshooting the game, taken the mods folder out, re-installed etc. and it won't go away. My townies looks the same and when I randomize in CAS they all get small eyes, same mouth and a wide jaw for the male sims. Even the female sims looks the same when randomized. I had this problem once before because of CCs/Mods. But now that I don't have any CCs (or mods) it hasn't been fixed. Is this the same glitch from 2014? And how can I fix this?

Hm. It's definitively an issue that was solved.

Could you add some screenshot ?

These were all randomized after each other (I took of the hairfacials on some male sims and the last female sims eyeliner).
