Btw when you filter by the nails it also by defaults to no tag. Also all Nails are Gender Neutral enough for both genders and look good on both frames so why not tag them

@gooochyeee Because it's basically the same cause. I've adjusted the title to reflect both
This thread already has both issues mentioned + a few other nail issues.
If they fix one thing but not the other, I'll split yours off again.
Filters need to be checked.

Sims with customized frames should have a full set of fingernails to pick from, including those from packs.
Fixed in Patch 1.95.207/1.69
If you're still experiencing this issue, please create a new thread.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.95.207.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All current Expansion packs. Game packs: Werewolves, Realm of magic, Strangerville, Jungle adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine out, Spa Day, Outdoor retreat. Stuff packs: Nifty knitting, Tiny living, Laundry day, Toddler, Vintage glamour, Kids room, Spooky.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim where you customise their physical frame to be opposite to the gender first chosen (female sim with masculine frame/male sim with female frame), go to the fingernails tab under accessories.
What happens when the bug occurs? The only fingernail options for these sims are 3 of the fingernail options from Werewolves (the one that has a picture of a werewolf hand is not available).
What do you expect to see? I expect to see fingernails from both base game and spa day in the list of fingernails for sims with a different frame.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I both updated and repaired my game after seeing that it should have been fixed in the patch notes, sadly I'm still experiencing this problem.
And I know that there is a workaround where you can change the frame to match the gender, choose the nails you want, and then change it back, but it is still a workaround, and having a functional fix would be nice.
Attached a few pictures.

Hello.
It turns out this issue is still being worked on and was added to yesterday's patch notes by mistake.
Apologies.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time
What is your current game version number? 1.95.207.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?
-Expansion Packs: All
-Game Packs: Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, Werewolves
-Stuff packs: Spooky, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Vintage Glamour, Laundry Day, Moschino Stuff, Tiny Living, Nifty Knitting, Paranormal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS and create a sim using customized gender settings, select a feminine frame for male sims or a masculine frame for female sims. Go to the nails category. Nail options are missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nail options from Base Game and Spa Day are missing for sims with customized gender settings. Only nails from the Werewolves pack appear. This is true of both female sims with masculine frames and for male sims with feminine frames. Additionally, the nails available for male sims with feminine frames experience a visual glitch, resulting in broken looking nails.
What do you expect to see? All nail options available for sims, regardless of gender customization, and no visual glitches.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Currently disabled.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? General bug has been happening since at least July of last year, but continues even after patch notes for version 1.95.207.1230 declares the issue fixed.
Currently, nails from the Werewolves pack (and from what I've seen online, the Carnival Kit, though I don't own that one) are the only nails that appear for sims made using custom physical frame settings, and on male sims with feminine builds, they have a visual glitch.
KNOWN WORKAROUND: Set nails before changing frame setting and the nails will remain, even if they do not appear in the list of available items. Nails still exhibit a visual glitch for male sims with feminine frames when doing this.
