[FIXED] Sims still show toddler traits in the relationship list

[ Edited ]
★ Guide

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? Deutsch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Spooky stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let a toddler grow up
What happens when the bug occurs? The toddler trait is still shown in the relationship list.
What do you expect to see? The real trait
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

In the "relationship list" (german: Beziehungen) children are still shown with the toddler trait. As you can see my sim still has the "Merkmale: Neugierig" which is one of the toddler traits. Under "Simologie" the traits are shown correctly.

Hm, this didn't happen for my toddler. I think he even had the same trait.

Does this happen to all your toddlers ?

I think a came across this last week in a different toddlers profile as well but I cannot tell for sure now! Today I quickly checked on a female toddler. Forced her to age up quickly but in her profile everything was displayed correctly. I will check on another toddler soon when I have time to play longer. (^-^)

But at the moment nobody seems to have this bug as well ... mhmm ...

I asked around on twitter and found two others that also have this.

So, info needed from everyone that has this issue

  • How did you age the toddler (naturally, cheat, cake) ?
  • Aging on or off ?
  • Which traits ?
  • Any mods/cc ? (never, removed, yes)
  • Gender ?
  • Normal or Alien ?

I aged up in CAS. Trait was charmer. No mods or third party.

Original household had 2 parents and two toddlers. I aged up toddlers to young adults and deleted parents from household. Put new young adults in a new save.

My sim Ken grow up to an adult and still has the toddler trait (neugierig). But I found out that not all toddlers grow up still having the toddler trait in the friendship list (parents: CAS & game generated)! Still cannot find a real pattern though. Looking forward to find out what will happen to Ken's children.
