[FIXED] Sims get positive conversation moodlet almost every time [ Edited ]

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 151751020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have sims talk
What happens when the bug occurs? they keep getting the positive conversation moodlet they use to get it sometimes before but now its almost constant
What do you expect to see? them having a conversation with out it being positive most times so that the positive conversation moodlet means something
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. it was April 16ths patch that did this

is anyone else seeing this I really hope they fix this the other happy moodlets were already to over powered
