[FIXED] Sim cancels Summon Grilled Cheese [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click on Melt Master Sim and select Summon Grilled Cheese
What happens when the bug occurs? interaction appears in queue but then gets cancelled when it should be executed
What do you expect to see? Sim summoning plate with grilled cheese
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

same thing happening on xbox, also grilled cheese appearing in household inventory

My sims are unable to use the melt master ability to summon grilled cheese. The action is queued like normal but when they are supposed to perform the action, it disappears from the queue and the sim does nothing with no grilled cheese appearing.

I have the same issue. I click on a Melt Master Sim and select Summon Grilled Cheese. The action appears in queue and then disappears. The summoning interaction does not occur and no grilled cheese appears. At some point I was in build mode and discovered that a Melt Master Sim had several grilled cheese in household inventory. I removed them and attempted again to summon grilled cheese. It didn't appear to work, but I checked household inventory again and there it was.

I did the same test with a few other Melt Master Sims and the same thing occurred. I tested a few different Sim types: mermaid, alien, human, male, female, adult, young adult. They all got the same result of no animation with grilled cheese appearing in household inventory. I tested it at Plumbob Pictures the next time my Sim traveled with the same results. No animation and no grilled cheese appeared, but when my Sim arrived home there was a new grilled cheese in household inventory.

Summon grilled cheese did previously function correctly for my melt master Sims and I'm not sure exactly how long I've had the error. I first noticed it sometime in August or maybe September 2023. Prior to that, I had been out of the game since April 2023 and I had to install a few mandatory updates when I resumed so I don't know if a particular update caused the error.

I do have some Mods/CC, but I removed them all and still get the error.

Taking a chance that my answer doesn't get reported as Necromancy, look in your Household Inventory, that's where all my "failed" grill cheese attempts went. You would think the most logical place to have the grilled cheese appear would be In World, in front of the grill master or failing that, in the grill master's inventory but nope, lets have the grill cheese pop into the Household Inventory, where everyone will know they should look? I suppose it's logical to EA because that's where other crafted items mostly appear, with many exceptions but it's just part of the confusion that is The Sims.

Having the same issue, the action is getting cancelled without any animation from the sim, but the grilled cheese appears in the household inventory.

Same thing happening. Action removes itself from queue, grilled cheese goes into household inventory.
