Also has happened in my game. On Mac, no CC/mods.

 

If someone happens to be unaware, until there's a fix for this, you can right-click on the dirty object when testingcheats is on and make it clean. Works for me at least.

Has anyone figured this out?   My shower/tub combo is dirty all the time.   My sim will go through the full cleaning cycle but the tub stays dirty.   I've done the Shift click on testingcheats and it will "make clean"  but the visual doesn't change.   Still gives my sims the uncomfortable buff.

Shower Tubs now can be cleaned enough to be visibly squeaky-clean.

 

Fixed in Patch 1.68.154/ 1.33
