I finally got around to trying your solution. Alas, it tells me (when following directions precisely) that it cannot FIND 1D 10 01.

So that didnt work. Now what? Clicking them doesnt acknowledge that I've clicked them, and they stay gold. Doing the hex work around doesnt fix anything. I wish tech would fix this OLD problem instead of leaving us to 'go help ourselves'.

The Decorations and Kid's categories in Build Mode should no longer have a "New"
highlight when there's nothing actually new.

Fixed in Patch 1.77.131/1.44
