[SD] Unable to complete Hustle goal of the Self Care aspiration

@JahKneeSee Yes just now after a week of trying! I placed a massage chair on my sims home lot and had them tend the chair. A npc asked for pedicure and while they were there I dragged the Virtuoso Violin from my sims inventory to sell. Joy of joys Hustle worked!

I am also experiencing this issue exactly as Jona0703 originally posted. Disappointing, to put it as mildly as I can.

Fixed in Patch 1.89.214/1.60

• If a Sim aspiring to be a Self-Care Specialist wants to complete the “Hustle” goal, they should be able to! And now they can. The world needs more hustle.
