Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.94.147.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion, game, and stuff packs (except several kits)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be in the winter season and have snowy weather until snow accumulates on the ground
What happens when the bug occurs? No snow piles will appear on the ground (snow piles as in a small lump of snow that sims can shovel as chores)
What do you expect to see? Snow piles appearing on the ground
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Back when Seasons was first released, if the weather is snowy in winter, snow piles can appear on the ground where sims can shovel them up to remove them. But just recently (not sure which patch caused it), they never spawn anymore even in the harshest snow. The first picture is what the snow pile supposed to look like, and the second picture is my sim's lot after a harsh blizzard with no snow piles in sight.

And also with the fallen leaves, they don't appear anymore in my game.

Agreed. I did not see leaves last fall/autumn either, but had sims wanting to rake them. T_T

I’ve noticed the same issue. I don’t see any snow piles in winter. It’s just flat ground.
