Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the website www.thesims.com, click on The Gallery and click on the detailed view of any room upload that was made after the latest patch update (August 22nd). What happens when the bug occurs? When you click on the detailed view of a room uploaded to the Gallery after the release of the most recent patch, you get a generic blue room screen and not the detailed picture of the room. Rooms uploaded before the patch are unaffected and the same goes for Lots and Household uploads, whether before or after the patch, as well. The issue also only occurs on the website version of the Gallery. The rooms appear as usual on the Gallery in game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a detailed picture of the room upload, and not a generic blue room! :-)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Automatic update/patch to the Sims 4 game released on the 22nd of August, and installed before I uploaded my room mentioned earlier.
When you click on the detailed view of a room uploaded to the Gallery after the release of the most recent patch, you get a generic blue room screen and not the detailed picture of the room. Rooms uploaded before the patch are unaffected and the same goes for Lots and Household uploads, whether before or after the patch, as well. The issue also only occurs on the website version of the Gallery. The rooms appear as usual on the Gallery in game. You can correctly see the picture of the room in someone's Gallery overview, it is only when you click on a specific room and the pop up with the larger picture and info about the room appears that you get a generic blue screen room picture.

Picture 3: how the room appears on the Gallery on the website when clicked on a specific room and the more detailed pop up of that room appears, it shows a generic blue room picture and not the more detailed picture of that room.
I thought at first something had gone wrong with my room upload, but ALL rooms uploaded after the recent patch are affected.

It seems uploads of Households and Lots don't have any problems, only room uploads are affected, and only on the Gallery on the website (I use the www.thesims.com/en_GB/gallery/ website. I do not have the Sims 4 App, so not sure if it happens there as well.
Not sure whether it is relevant, but I'm using the latest version of Chrome as a webbrowser. I asked my friend and she has the same issues and she is using the Safari webbrowser.
