[FIXED] Reading books not counting for Knowledge Aspiration (non-ROM)

@MapleSimmer Good Catch.
I tested this on @Alissandra4 save. Debate skill is on 8 on that save.
Read a book ... didn't count .. cheated debate skill to 1 ... read a book .. it counted.

Known issues to have a conflict with the read Book aspiration:
- Spellcasters books & Perks: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-Books-do-not-count-for-reading-aspiration/m-p/8191...
- Debate Skill > 2 keeping Sims from fulfilling the task.
Do either/both of these apply to your Sims that have the issue ? and do those that not have the issue (like me) also not have the debate skill (like me)

I have the same problem :c my sim has level 4 on debate skill. I don't have any mod nor any CC activated. :c
same issue, level 9 debate skill and no books registering as read for renaissance sim - prudent student goal 
There's a known issue with both of them.
