I have (almost) the same issue. My male Sim is a normal SIM with trait "old bloodline" .... He got abducted multiple times until he finally got pregnant... But he only got a normal SIm baby... So it has to have somethign to do with the trait, not with the Sim being a spellcaster, because my sim is no spellcaster

It happens very often for me. I had one male sim get abducted and pregnant twice. I never had any interaction with aliens though until I had an alien in the household, now my humans constantly get abducted

I just wanted to confirm that this issue is definitely caused by the R.O.M. Bloodline traits. My abducted male Vampire sim was pregnant and had this bug as described here. He also had the ancient bloodline trait as his mum was a Spellcaster. I loaded the game to before he gave birth and removed the trait with a cheat and this resulted in fully alien babies.
So a fix for this would be to use "traits.remove_trait trait_Occult_WitchOccult_BloodlineAncient" (or whichever bloodline trait you have) while pregnant and then just use "traits.equip_trait trait_Occult_WitchOccult_BloodlineAncient" (or equivalent) after birth to restore your trait.

I see this thread hasn't seen some love in a while.
Just popping in to say that I experienced the same thing. I had my male spellcaster with a weak bloodline abducted several times in order to become pregnant. It took me about 18 reboots before he was expecting. I was so excited because it took so long, only to be supremely disappointed when he gave birth to 100% human babies.
I saw in the discussion forums that the alien abductions were bugged and that alien abductions now never result in pregnancy ( please fix this, its a sorely missed gameplay feature! ). I don't play with mods - ever - but was desperate enough after reboot 17 to download MC command center (fully updated after latest patch, I checked before downloading) to see if I can force the pregnancy somehow, after the 18th abduction I clicked on the sim to see he was expecting, I thus cannot say whether this was a result of the abduction naturally or a result of the mod being present. I didn't have to do anything with the mod. I saved and deleted the mod instantly and continued my game.
When he delivered, he delivered two 100% pure-bred human sims. The aliens must have mixed the DNA up somehow! They were white, too. My spellcaster had a tan skin, I was opting for Latino. So none of the genetics were passed on, not the occult nor the genetic features.
I must add, however, in the OG post it says that there was no option to send to home world, this was an option for me to do though. I aged them up instantly, and then went into CAS to age them further to confirm 100% human and no genetic features passed on. I just decided to delete the save because it felt like I wasted my time because this story didn't pan out the way I wanted.

Just adding that the same thing happened to me just today. I'd never had a spellcaster abducted before, so had no idea this was an issue. No mods enabled, playing on PC, male spellcaster. Had all the typical moodlets for an alien pregnancy, had twins, both showing up in alien bassinets, but I noticed the skin tones were normal skin colors, so I aged them up and while they show their other parent in the family tree as being an alien pollination technician, they are both completely human, not even a spell caster. Their genetics also seem to be just...completely random, with no resemblance really to either parent. Kind of a bummer honestly lol
Edit: as an experiment I had the same spellcaster have a couple of science babies with an alien (one of them with the spallcaster asking to, the other with the alien asking to) and strangely, the one the alien asked for was a full alien (tho appeared in a regular bassinet) while the one the spellcaster asked for was regular spellcaster. Neither were hybrids, which I'm not sure is a bug so much as...a strange choice maybe? idk, it all seems a bit weird.
Another edit to add that my spellcaster sim did NOT have the bloodline trait, at least not visibly, but they were a premade townie from the pack so perhaps there's some aspect of the trait that isn't visible? Not sure.

Just having a magical bloodline trait can cause this to happen. My human Sim with a Strong Bloodline got abducted, returned, had a baby and it was fully human.
April
What a conundrum! When aliens abduct Spellcasters, they will now become pregnant and give birth to an alien baby instead of a Sim baby.
Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91
Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue,
