What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Luxury Party, Movie Hangout, Perfect Patio, Romantic Garden, Spooky Stuff, Toddler Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Call Event Coordinator during Positivity Challenge
What happens when the bug occurs? Jasmine Holiday appears instead of Millie Bobby Brown
What do you expect to see? Millie Bobby Brown
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. 11/13 Update

I've had problems with Challenges in the past, so the fact that even Jasmine showed up is pretty impressive.

Jasmine? What are you doing here?
Sometimes Jasmine was showing up to conduct the Positivity Challenge instead of Millie Bobby Brown. That is no longer the case. Go home, Jasmine! You’re… confused. This isn’t your job, silly. I get it though. You’re feeling a little insecure. Some cool, new Sim appeared and you think they’re trying to show you up. Trying to take your job; your purpose even. It’s reasonable to feel upset. What isn’t reasonable, Jasmine, is pushing other Sims down so you can get to the front door first. NOT COOL! Go sit down and think about what you did. Maybe the next challenge you can come back.

Hi, I just started the new Positivity-Challenge. The event coordinator should be Millie Bobby Brown,  but when i made the call, she didn't came. Instead a woman named Jasmine Holiday showed up. So my Question is: Why isn't it MBB, like it was said in the announcement??

Is this a new file, or is it one you’ve done a Jasmine Holiday challenge on before? Could you try making a new file to see if you can get the right challenge coordinator to show up?

there's been a few reports for this.

Seems to happen on played save but also on old saves ones if you do the challenge with a second Sim.

Happened to me too I cant tell you how disappointed I was after watching and reading about Millie Bobby Brown as the EC and ringing the EC in game only to have Jasmine show up instead it was such a let down  took a lot of fun out of the challenge.

hi, I don't even have the option to call miLLIE ..and also ädd to simstagram", doesn't show up.I've deleted all script mods...and a lot o oher cc.. What could be the problem?

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

I got Millie Bobby Brown the first time I called, in a new game, but I got Jasmine Holiday the first time I called in an existing save, where she had already served as Event Coordinator. I suspect that Millie will only get spawned if your save doesn't already have an Event Coordinator.

Same for me. Tried different save games but it's always Jasmin Holiday and she looks little bit different in my game :D
