Re: [FIXED] Plants reverting to dirt pile (Patch 1.76.81)
This has just happened to me again. I'm doing the Plant Sim scenario, which I tried to do about 5/6 months ago, but my plants became dirt piles again, which put me off completing it. I've just gotten to the magnificent stage of my plants, and they all started to become dirt piles.
- Which packs do you own ? High School Years, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discovery University, City Living, Get Famous, Get Together, Get To Work, StrangerVille, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Bowling Night, Backyard, Perfect Patio.
- Which plants are affected ? Please list them all The only plants I had planted at the time were grape and dragonfruit. All planted plants got affected.
- Does it happen after fertilizing or what's the trigger for you ? The only new thing was that I had hired a gardener, but it wasn't happening after the gardener interacted with that plant, it was just happening alongside the gardener being there.
- Were those new plants or plants planted before the patch ? I only created this save file yesterday.
- If you have Seasons: Are the plants sheltered/inside ? N/A
- If you have Seasons: Are the plants in Season ? N/A
- Are you using mods/cc ? No
- What's your game Version ? 1.95.207.1030
- What lot type are you playing on ? Residential, 30 x 20 in Windenburg
- If you own ECO, does it happen when the footprint changes ? If not, what's your current footprint ? Game isn't showing current footprint
- Are you getting any LastException files in your doc folder when the revert happens ? I'm not sure how to find this
- Are you using a bee box ? No
- Does the lot have any lot traits ? No
- What kind of fertilizer have you been using ? Does it happen to plants that have never been fertilized ? I've fertilized all of my plants whenever I've been able to. I've used various different fertilizers, the forbidden fruit of the plant sim, orchid, death flower, cow plant seed, grapes, and dragon fruit.
I'm not sure if these will regrow, from memory of my last save game with this scenario in September 2022, they didn't regrow, but this has now put me off playing the save file for a bit. I've got a recording of the final few plants becoming dirt piles, but it's too large to be uploaded here, so I've uploaded it to my google drive
