[FIXED] [PS4] [DU] NPC stuck as "Graduate" after moving in/playing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.24
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University Get Famous Parenthood Get to Work Dine out City Living Cats and Dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sim Becca Clarke won’t graduate to earn her degree
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot earn degree to earn signing bonuses and start career
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a graduation or Degree in Language and Literature so i can pursue a career in Law with Becca Clarke
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I recently had Becca Clarke ( sim ) move in with my created sim and she cannot attend graduation and receive her degree. I have not even seen a notification stating that she had graduation the next day. This is stopping me from entering her career as a Lawyer

Student Sims will no longer be labeled as Graduate after completing the Graduation Ceremony. Congratulations!
Fixed in Patch 1.63.133/ Console 1.25
This fix will probably not fix existing Sims
