Ps5 sims 4 crashing since 1.69 patch upgrade

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens upon loading my save sometimes straight away sometimes after a minute recently I can't even load my save
What happens when the bug occurs? Loading the game it crashes since patch update was fine before that. Doesn't matter if at main menu screen, if loading the game it crashes every time I try to load any save
What do you expect to see? The game working and not crashing every time I try to load it Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

My game is also crashing since this update. I can get mine to load but after a while it just randomly crashes.

My game is crashing constantly since the Jan 31st update. I play on PS4 and I don't always experience all of the major game breaking bugs that I've seen. I can't have my sims talk to anyone or the game crashes. It's only when I select a social interaction. If they talk to another sim autonomously, it works just fine. I can get away with not talking to other sims normally, butyone of my sims is san actress and another is a teen. They both need to be social and Ican't do it I want play longer than 5 minutes. I can't even really say if the controls work for seeing as I have only noticed that for some thing I have to use the trigger rather than X now.

After the January 2023 update, my Sims 4 games keep randomly crashing. It kicked me back to my Xbox home screen 4 or 5 times now. First time it happened, I was trying to tell an NPC to go home (2 times) which resulted in crashing. Then lightening struck something of mine and I was trying to throw it away and my game crashed. Lastly, my sim was just talking to someone and it crashed. I don't know what I can do to fix this since it just started happening after the update.

Same. It won't stay loaded longer than 5 minutes before a complete crash. My game is unplayable right now on Xboxone

What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes, and a screen appears telling me an error has occurred with thie Sims 4 app.

This error began occurring the first time I played in live mode after the 1/31 update. I deleted the user data and restarted the PS5, but that did not solve the problem.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all exapansion packs I believe but 1. There are a few add ins I don’t have that I never wanted.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing on console after yesterdays update.
What happens when the bug occurs? when I play my household and do interactions like having my sim make a phone call my game kicks me out. If I let them be autonomous and make them interact with nothing the game doesn’t crash. It is definitely the game because I’ve had these same amount of packs and my game has literally been working just fine up until the recent update
What do you expect to see? I expect to see me making my sims interact with things and it not cause my game to crash on console

I have nothing to show for it I can’t play long enough to get evidence it keeps crashing

(Xbox one) since the recent update I haven’t been able to barely play my game without it eventually crashing. But today it’s even worse I can’t play my game at all. As soon as I load in the game crashes. I have tried uninstall and reinstall, restarting, unplugging and plugging back in, checking to make sure both the Xbox and sims are fully updated. I have attached a video of the issue. I’ve been trying to fix this issue for 6 hours someone please help!!
