Game crashing after update sims4

Yes! I can’t even get 5 minutes of gameplay unless I let them do their own thing.. any interaction I try to have my household do it kicks me out.

Which console are you playing on, and where exactly in-game is this happening- in Build/Buy mode, when traveling or saving, or trying to load into a household for example?

I play on Xbox series s and it’s happening during game play. Not build or buy mode game play. While I’m playing my sims and trying to get them to interact with things

I installed the new update 1/31/23 and i can’t play longer than 5 minutes without it crashing completely, i have to save every minute. PS4

@LynnElfe421 Ditto. Having the exact same issues. Spent about 6-8 hours just fixing things in game from the random crashes to where I was timeline wise before the update. I won't even TOUCH it until they fix it so I don't burn myself out.

I’m stuck on the loading screen of Sims 4 and I have been for two days. Is there a fix for this? I’m playing on Xbox

I have had my game crash at least 3 or 4 times now. I have the Xbox series X, not sure if anyone elses is crashing so frequently. Havent seen much difference in the controls due to it crashing so much. Very frustrating. Also, during the time I was able to play, the game was very laggy, something that rarely happens. EA, PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. My vampire family needs me.
